The inner bay of Long Point is protected by the 32 km peninsula that stretches out into Lake Erie. This is a paddler’s paradise: a huge marsh coastline, full of a myriad of plant and wildlife. It’s an excellent bay for the novice paddler with our instructional package, yet it is also the perfect relaxing explorative excursion for the more experienced. This package includes kayak instruction, a guided 3-hour paddle along the bay and a Tripper lunch. This trip starts from Long Point Provincial Park. This is a one day trip however can be made intro an overnight trip with camping available at Long Point Provincial Park. Experience two very different ecosystems found in Southern Ontario and enjoy the Big Creek run the day before. This package is only offered on selected dates. However, if a group of 6 or more kayaks are interested, customized dates can be arranged.
