Fun-filled days learning to Canoe & Kayak!  Swimming, Camp Games, learning to Paddle, nature hikes, bug catching and making new Friends.  It's what summer is all about!

Grand Experiences is the place to teach your kids to canoe & kayak while giving them great summer experiences they'll always remember. We have been operating since 1997 and have won 8 Shining Star Awards, Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and many others for our service to the community. Grand Experiences staff are well trained ORCKA certified instructors who know how to create a fun environment for kids to learn in.

Since the 1990's Grand Experiences has been running Summer Day Camps for Kids 9 to 14 years old that teach valuable canoe and kayak skills. We have a reputation for ensuring that kids have fun learning new skills in a safe and comfortable summer camp setting where they also play camp games, swim, hike & go on adventures.

Your child will learn all about the history & nature of the area, make new friends, learn to canoe and kayak safely and competently and get to

be immersed in the beauty of the Grand River watershed every day. In fact, our campers enjoy their experience so many have returned to work for us later as students/guides.

Grand Experiences Beginners Canoe Camp 2011 Dates are:

July 4 - 8

July 25 - 29

August 2 - 5 *this week is 20% less due to Civic Holiday on Monday Aug. 2.  Price this week is $156.00*

Camp times are 9am to 4pm Mon - Fri.  We offer provisions for earlier drop-offs & later pick-ups if necessary. Please call our office for more information or to book a week of day camp.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP ARE AT OUR SHOP IN PARIS (113 GRAND RIVER ST. N)

Cost: $195 - includes week of camp with experienced camp staff counsellors, Pinehurst Conservation Area Fees, canoe & kayak lessons on Pinehurst Lake, daily swimming, camp games, hikes & with Grand River canoe trip on Friday.  Dinner, breakfast & lunch included on the overnight Trip.  Includes ORCKA* certification.
